本行受理舊版鈔券 / 汙損鈔券除依照本行外幣現鈔之手續費收取標準計收費用外，另依下列標準加收處理費用：

美鈔100元：2009年之前版本(不含2009年)
US banknote 100 dollars：Series before 2009 (excluding 2009)
美鈔50元、美鈔20元、美鈔10元：2004年之前版本(不含2004年)
US banknote 50 dollars、US banknote 20 dollars、US banknote 10 dollars：Series before 2004 (excluding 2004)
美鈔5元：2006年及之前版本(不含2006年鈔票號碼字首為I者)
US banknote 5 dollars：2006 series and series before 2006 (excluding 2006 series banknotes with I as the first letter)
日幣：2004之前版本(不含2004)
JPY：Series before 2004 (excluding 2004)
港幣：2010之前版本(不含2010)
HKD：Series before 2010 (excluding 2010)
每張鈔券另加收新臺幣50元處理費，每筆交易最低收取新臺幣500元。
The processing fee for each banknote is NTD 50; the minimum processing fee collected for each transaction is NTD 500.
汙損鈔券
Soiled banknote
正反券面塗寫文字、圖畫、蓋章、鈔券紙張太過髒舊。
Scribble or stamp on any side of the banknote or old banknotes.
每張鈔券另加收新臺幣50元處理費，每筆交易最低收取新臺幣500元。
The processing fee for each banknote is NTD 50; the minimum processing fee collected for each transaction is NTD 500.
無法受理鈔券
Unacceptable banknote
除上述項目外，外幣鈔券有缺角、破痕、經黏補情形、火燻、火焚、水浸、油漬、塗染、腐蝕、鈔券已不流通或其他情事，致不能辨識真偽者，本行無法受理。
CUB is unable to accept banknotes if it is hard to identify whether the foreign currency banknotes are counterfeit because they are torn, broken, glued, smoked, burnt, soaked in water, stained
with oil, dyed, corroded, not circulated anymore, or under other situations.
